Vladimiro Ceandro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Steffen Steinki, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in International Thunders's zone, Jorge Sal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thorsten Ternes came out of the goal and Jorge Sal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 70th play minutes Hugo Ganix shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Thorsten Ternes and just under the crossbar into goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Steffen Steinki got free with Vladimiro Ceandro in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 77 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Vladimiro Ceandro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jan Haase. In the 78th minute Steffen Steinki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Ceandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
