Severino Chuan didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ján Kortiš went, in the 17th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Bruno Marques might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anton Šindler. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bruno Marques ran back to his position shaking his head. 26 minutes into the game, Bruno Marques cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Anton Šindler was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juraj Grenčík's shot straight on target was not completely harmless.
