Burns Baba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mauro Joachim having to interfere. The supporters of AFC CERBEROS booed when Frenchville Sports Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hal Haslem didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Felix Azibar got free with Kyle Bailey in the 6th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Frenchville Sports Club's Andrews Hayman pulled a muscle in his leg after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lisandro Suarez during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Frenchville Sports Club's Barnard Meyers was substituted for Andrews Hayman. A collision led to AFC CERBEROS getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Lisandro Suarez hit a great ball. Burns Baba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mauro Joachim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burns Baba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Boris Awage made a great header on Frenchville Sports Club's corner, it was just that AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 20th minute, Cristobal Orlandus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the AFC CERBEROS defense, Boris Awage kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mauro Joachim. The AFC CERBEROS fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mauro Joachim should have stopped the shot. Burns Baba took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mauro Joachim. Mauro Joachim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. In the 44th minute Parker Nuñez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Joachim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kyle Bailey came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by AFC CERBEROS's Felix Azibar. But to his dismay, Felix Azibar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After the first half Frenchville Sports Club were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
AFC CERBEROS's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Felix Azibar in the 54th minute. The corner ended in Felix Azibar almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Frenchville Sports Club's Kyle Bailey did a great save. Santo Lesardo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Mauro Joachim made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Boris Awage sent off a good shot on target. 64 minutes into the match, Frenchville Sports Club's goal looked a bit too open when Felix Azibar came free, but Kyle Bailey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Burns Baba notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of AFC CERBEROS's Mauro Joachim. Mauro Joachim was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kyle Bailey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damian Lopez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kyle Bailey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damian Lopez in the 72nd minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Felix Azibar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kyle Bailey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alfonso Lastur kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Mauro Joachim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Boris Awage in the 76th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Damian Lopez in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kyle Bailey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 78th minute, Santo Lesardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 79 minutes, Hal Haslem mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Frenchville Sports Club and the AFC CERBEROS players grew even worse after the yellow card. 83 minutes in the game, Parker Nuñez fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Mauro Joachim having to interfere. Mauro Joachim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Burns Baba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Damian Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kyle Bailey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfonso Lastur, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damian Lopez in the 89th minute of play forced Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Kyle Bailey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AFC CERBEROS's defense didn't have a chance, in the 95th minute, when Boris Awage scored to the left of an out of position Mauro Joachim, making the score, 1-5. Frenchville Sports Club's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
