In the 8th minute Xande Chaves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Christer Åkesson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Christer Åkesson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After 10 minutes Here Comes the Hammer's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xande Chaves who took care of the corner kick. In the 11th match minute, Here Comes the Hammer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zaaki Zakas to maneuver through the defense. Antônio Santos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Christer Åkesson having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Antônio Santos got free with Christer Åkesson in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Christer Åkesson didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Antônio Santos shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 1-0 in the ordered_time% minute. 34 minutes into the match, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Antônio Santos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Christer Åkesson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antônio Santos made a kick off. A collision led to Here Comes the Hammer getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Evert Wahlnäs hit a great ball. Antônio Santos struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Christer Åkesson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Santos in the 55th minute of play forced Here Comes the Hammer's goalkeeper Christer Åkesson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Here Comes the Hammer defense, Antônio Santos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Christer Åkesson. The Here Comes the Hammer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Christer Åkesson should have stopped the shot. Antônio Santos took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Christer Åkesson. The supporters of ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ booed when Here Comes the Hammer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. A sloppy throw-in by Richard Nixon in the 89th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Here Comes the Hammer's Bengt-Rune Jonasson. A throw-in in the 94th minute of the game was made by Richard Nixon with Celsinho Capixaba as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ had played much better football throughout.
