An unexpectedly hard shot by Petrus Catarinense in the 3rd minute of play forced FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper Frances Jaraba to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Seterma Tractors were awarded a corner in the 4th minute after FCSB CUENCA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Cícero de Medeiros took the corner. The corner led to Seterma Tractors's Petrus Catarinense getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. In the 5th minute, Cícero de Medeiros left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Seterma Tractors fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Petrus Catarinense fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frances Jaraba having to interfere. After 13 minutes Seterma Tractors's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Manuel Navarro who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on FCSB CUENCA's corner Manuel Navarro fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Patrik Sikström quite easily take care of the ball. In the 18thth minute of the game Petrus Catarinense who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FCSB CUENCA's Frances Jaraba was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Frances Jaraba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Osvaldo Terra in the 19th minute of the match. Alfons Japón received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Patrik Sikström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FCSB CUENCA's Frances Jaraba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Petrus Catarinense in the 25th minute of play. Frances Jaraba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Petrus Catarinense in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute Chollatit Reungaksorn shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frances Jaraba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 42 played minutes FCSB CUENCA got a freekick which was hit by Marcio Carreira. Cícero de Medeiros took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 43rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frances Jaraba. FCSB CUENCA's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Cipriano Morales kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Frances Jaraba stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Petrus Catarinense's shot from short distance in the 45th minute. In the 46th minute Seterma Tractors were awarded a corner. Cícero de Medeiros went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 47th minute, Petrus Catarinense made a precise shot to the right of Frances Jaraba. FCSB CUENCA's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eriz Ramis made a kick off. Petrus Catarinense who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Frances Jaraba when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Cícero de Medeiros blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frances Jaraba having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petrus Catarinense in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frances Jaraba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 58th match minute, Seterma Tractors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Soeiro to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the match, Petrus Catarinense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frances Jaraba. FCSB CUENCA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Petrus Catarinense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. FCSB CUENCA's Frances Jaraba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save FCSB CUENCA from getting a goal against them. In the 75th minute, Cipriano Morales hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frances Jaraba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cícero de Medeiros in the 77th minute of the match. Frances Jaraba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Chollatit Reungaksorn in the 83rd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Toninho Lopez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frances Jaraba was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. Thanks to some nice moves Osvaldo Terra could shoot a difficult shot in the 91st minute, which Frances Jaraba however easily saved by the left post. Cícero de Medeiros scored 0-5 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Frances Jaraba, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match was over Seterma Tractors could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FCSB CUENCA throughout the match.
