The audience thought a goal was coming when Svend Betz got free with Sabin Pânzaru in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Svend Betz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sabin Pânzaru read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 6th minute of play. In the 10th minute, Lucio Gabino made a precise shot to the right of Ye Wei. FSX UNITED's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Ye Wei took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Habil Castolo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sabin Pânzaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mircea Popilean's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 22 minutes into the game, Lucio Gabino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ye Wei was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 24th minute, Habil Castolo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ye Wei showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habil Castolo in the 38th minute of the match. Sabin Pânzaru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svend Betz, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Habil Castolo to make the kick off. Ye Wei made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Arda Ardashov sent off a good shot on target. 61 minutes into the match, the xeneise dream team's goal looked a bit too open when Svend Betz came free, but Sabin Pânzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Svend Betz in the 67th minute of play forced the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
