VB-Team's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cătălin Hildan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. VB-Team were awarded a corner in the 35th minute after Meninos da Vila F.C's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hafız Öztekin took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gervásio Severiano in the 36th minute of play forced Meninos da Vila F.C's goalkeeper Al Mcgregor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
