Aaron Glanselius was a little too slow when Yves Leite got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-0. Henrik Möllgren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jolan Galindo having to make a save. Jolan Galindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 16th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yves Leite in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aaron Glanselius prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Yves Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Aaron Glanselius made a huge save. Aaron Glanselius showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Yves Leite in the 28th minute of the match. Yves Leite received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Aaron Glanselius came out and tried to block the shot, but Yves Leite slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 31st minute. After a defensive mix-up in La Pointe Courte's zone, Henrik Möllgren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jolan Galindo came out of the goal and Henrik Möllgren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jolan Galindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 43rd minute of play forced La Pointe Courte's goalkeeper Jolan Galindo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 44 minutes La Pointe Courte's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jan Malm who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Lacy Ericsson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Henrik Möllgren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Jolan Galindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Henrik Möllgren was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Björn Hage hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 54th minute, Yves Leite got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 55th match minute, SSC Ambrosini was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juhan Kersna to maneuver through the defense. In the 58thth minute of the game Yves Leite who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SSC Ambrosini's Aaron Glanselius was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jolan Galindo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henrik Möllgren in the 61st minute of the match. Jolan Galindo was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Henrik Möllgren capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henrik Möllgren really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. La Pointe Courte's Dan Black was substituted for Benny Impens. The audience was convinced that Henrik Möllgren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jolan Galindo was relentless in the 70th minute of the game. After 77 minutes, Diogo Queirós mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Pointe Courte and the SSC Ambrosini players grew even worse after the yellow card. Diogo Queirós kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, La Pointe Courte's Diogo Queirós got a free kick in the 81st minute. In the 83rd match minute, La Pointe Courte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diogo Queirós to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Yang Feng Guang in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aaron Glanselius saved SSC Ambrosini from getting behind. Henrik Möllgren might have been able to make a better finish in the 92nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jolan Galindo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henrik Möllgren ran back to his position shaking his head. La Pointe Courte's Jolan Galindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Möllgren in the 92nd minute of play. Magnus Fribäck's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jolan Galindo firmly grabbed it by the left post. La Pointe Courte's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
