Sean Van Dijck didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 沈剑松 went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by 沈剑松 in the 21st minute of play forced Limburg United's goalkeeper Sean Van Dijck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Limburg United defense, 沈剑松 kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sean Van Dijck. The Limburg United fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sean Van Dijck should have stopped the shot. But to his dismay, 沈剑松 quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fredrik Terwenhout to strike the kick off in the second half. If 沈剑松 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Chants of ≮Empire≯♈☭☭☭超越DU➼FC☭☭☭♈ echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Limburg United had held the ball for most of the match.
