Spectators: 36 (Terracing: 28, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Hugo Ganix took the kick off in the first half of the match. 7 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Ganix came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Ganix in the 8th minute of the match. Robert Leckie kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Vladimiro Ceandro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Artaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Ganix in the 18th minute of play forced Club Atlético Atlanta's goalkeeper Carlos Germano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Achtung Babies booed when Club Atlético Atlanta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Barros didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abel Iban in the 21st minute of play forced Achtung Babies's goalkeeper Vladimiro Ceandro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edgard Barros in the 21st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimiro Ceandro saved Achtung Babies from getting behind. Vladimiro Ceandro came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Club Atlético Atlanta's Edgard Barros. But to his dismay, Edgard Barros quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Achtung Babies were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Club Atlético Atlanta's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jorge Sal took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Jorge Sal got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Carlos Germano quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 31 minutes into the match, Hugo Ganix dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Carlos Germano, 1-1. Carlos Germano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Ganix, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. If Abel Iban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 38 minutes into the match, Achtung Babies's goal looked a bit too open when Edgard Barros came free, but Vladimiro Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Germano made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Hugo Ganix sent off a good shot on target. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Ganix in the 47th minute of the match.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edgard Barros to make the kick off. A collision led to Club Atlético Atlanta getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Hermengildo Erroman hit a great ball. Eugene Sledge recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vladimiro Ceandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Artaldo in the 58th minute of the match. 61 minutes into the match, Club Atlético Atlanta's goal looked a bit too open when Hugo Ganix came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 65th minute, Hugo Ganix left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Achtung Babies fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 68th minute, Hugo Ganix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Achtung Babies's Orlando Castulo managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Hermengildo Erroman in the 72 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atlético Atlanta's zone, Hugo Ganix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Germano came out of the goal and Hugo Ganix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 79th minute Hugo Ganix shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Germano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Germano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Ganix in the 81st minute of play. In the 85th minute, Pat Riley hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Club Atlético Atlanta's Hermengildo Erroman got a free kick in the 88th minute. Achtung Babies's defense didn't have a chance, in the 94th minute, when Abel Iban scored to the left of an out of position Vladimiro Ceandro, making the score, 2-2.
