The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th match minute, Alejandra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmiro Benvide to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 7th minute of play forced Alejandra's goalkeeper Aquilino Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 12th match minute, Alejandra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorio Lixandro to maneuver through the defense. 18 minutes into the game, Alejandra's Nicanor Guter nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Armstrong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Fernando Natanael's late challenge caught a ManagerZone Crew's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fernando Natanael helped the player get up and apologised. Fernando Natanael kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. 31 minutes into the match, Alejandra's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Ununger came free, but Aquilino Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Alejandra's zone, Thorbjörn Olerius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aquilino Umbruso came out of the goal and Thorbjörn Olerius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Saul Aztore hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. In the 43rd minute, Robert Ununger had to leave the field with a concussion. When Saul Aztore fell near the penalty area in the 43rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alejandra's protests and gave Saul Aztore a yellow card for diving instead. ManagerZone Crew made a substitution. Marcus Murwall replaced Robert Ununger. After 44 played minutes Alejandra got a freekick which was hit by Saul Aztore. 45 minutes into the match, Alejandra's goal looked a bit too open when Adrian Våleman came free, but Aquilino Umbruso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Peter Linkhorst made the kick off in the second half. Alejandra's Aquilino Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 51st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Murwall in the 52nd minute of play forced Alejandra's goalkeeper Aquilino Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes of play Alejandra's Fernando Natanael was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 55th match minute, Alejandra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Natanael to maneuver through the defense. In the 61st minute, Nicanor Guter made a precise shot to the right of Patrick Armstrong. ManagerZone Crew's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-2. Patrick Armstrong showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Americo Bertin in the 64th minute of the match. The supporters of ManagerZone Crew booed when Alejandra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Peli didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Linkhorst in the 69th minute of play forced Alejandra's goalkeeper Aquilino Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marcus Murwall in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aquilino Umbruso saved Alejandra from getting behind. In the 76th minute, Peter Linkhorst hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Anibal Amato charged in rather forcefully in the 80th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Anibal Amato the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 80th match minute, Alejandra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anibal Amato to maneuver through the defense. They were angered to see ManagerZone Crew lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
