Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Placido Abaunza kicked off to start the match. A collision led to Utopía Muerta FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Fidel Weather hit a great ball. If Gustavo Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Efrain Abecia fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Alijilán returns's protests and gave Efrain Abecia a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when Alijilán returns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Abecia didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fidel Valente fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lino Naelio having to interfere. Americo Cefero's late challenge caught a Utopía Muerta FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Americo Cefero helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th match minute, Alijilán returns was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Americo Cefero to maneuver through the defense. In the 14th minute Fidel Valente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Naelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A nice corner shot did that Dario Hartz got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lino Naelio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Vicente Lucero's late challenge caught a Alijilán returns's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vicente Lucero helped the player get up and apologised. After 21 played minutes Utopía Muerta FC got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Lucero. In the 23rd minute, Fidel Valente left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Utopía Muerta FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Efrain Abecia got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute Vicente Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lino Naelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Alijilán returns's Gustavo Turi got a free kick in the 46th minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gustavo Bide to make the kick off. After 50 played minutes Alijilán returns got a freekick which was hit by Angel Leguizamón. Cesar Sagrario fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teo Librado having to interfere. Utopía Muerta FC made a substitution. Uriel Beat replaced Placido Abaunza. Angel Leguizamón hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Utopía Muerta FC's Ruperto Cayo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Lino Naelio. That made the score 0-2 after 68 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ruperto Cayo got free with Lino Naelio in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Toribio during the 73rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Efrain Abecia was shown his second yellow card after 79 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 80th minute, Efrain Abecia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Utopía Muerta FC booed when Alijilán returns was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sixto Abarca didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dario Hartz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 81st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Utopía Muerta FC were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Alijilán returns's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Dario Hartz took the corner. With a little luck, Alijilán returns's Lino Naelio got control of the ball when Fidel Valente tried to sneak it across the goal line. Lino Naelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Cayo in the 92nd minute of the match. Ruperto Cayo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 94thth minute tested the skills of Lino Naelio when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a defensive mix-up in Alijilán returns's zone, Fidel Valente stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Lino Naelio came out of the goal and Fidel Valente tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Utopía Muerta FC played a much better game than Alijilán returns and deserved their victory. The Alijilán returns players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
