Máximo Portero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from 崔光笑 in the 2nd minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Owen got free with Máximo Portero in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Paso FC's Máximo Portero got control of the ball when 崔光笑 tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 17th minute, Michael Owen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Máximo Portero was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After a rather tough play, Paso FC's Silvio Sotelo got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Atlético Montserrat's Jesus Luke played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oktay Eğriöz in the 26th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robert Boruta got free with Máximo Portero in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A collision led to Atlético Montserrat getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Salvador Orlanda hit a great ball. Segundo Belarmo made in the 38th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Salvador Orlanda however managed to control. Máximo Portero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Boruta in the 42nd minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Atlético Montserrat made a substitution. Zula Jajesniak replaced 崔光笑. In the 54thth minute of the game Oktay Eğriöz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Atlético Montserrat's Jesus Luke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Oktay Eğriöz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Luke having to make a save. Máximo Portero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michael Owen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In a very dangerous position, a player in Atlético Montserrat fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 64th minute. Penalty! Máximo Portero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Galagan in the 67th minute of the match. The supporters of Atlético Montserrat booed when Paso FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Sotelo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Paso FC's Ata Cante was substituted for Oktay Eğriöz. In the 70th match minute, Paso FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvio Sotelo to maneuver through the defense. Ata Cante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Ata Cante came free with the goalkeeper in the 75th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Jesus Luke could save by the left post. Paso FC's Máximo Portero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Robert Boruta in the 76th minute of play. Máximo Portero didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Konstanty Galagan went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Ata Cante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jesus Luke came out of the goal and Ata Cante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Máximo Portero showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Michael Owen, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Ata Cante blasted a shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jesus Luke having to make a save. Jesus Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ata Cante in the 87th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Bernardo Calvet hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 96th play minutes Ata Cante shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Jesus Luke and just under the crossbar into goal. There was no doubt that Atlético Montserrat were the better team. Atlético Montserrat's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
