The referee ignored Pogoń Stawiszyn's protests and gave Witold Gibowski a yellow card for diving instead. Zdzislaw Zagrodny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Kuszczak in the 60th minute of play. Witold Bycofski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zdzislaw Zagrodny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 63rd minute of play. U21 Poland's André Onana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florian Panikowski in the 66th minute of play. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pogoń Stawiszyn's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Zagrodny, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. U21 Poland's Federico Chiesa was substituted for Radowit Kissel. André Onana was out of position in the 73 minute of play, and Jacek Kolbe capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jacek Kolbe really showed his touch with that goal: 3-3. The throw-in from Radoslaw Trojanowski in the 75th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U21 Poland's Kamilo Glik. Ryszard Pilipiec could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but André Onana made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakub Kuszczak in the 80th minute of play forced Pogoń Stawiszyn's goalkeeper Zdzislaw Zagrodny to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. U21 Poland's André Onana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryszard Pilipiec in the 84th minute of play. 86 minutes into the match, Pogoń Stawiszyn's goal looked a bit too open when Jakub Kuszczak came free, but Zdzislaw Zagrodny reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zdzislaw Zagrodny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jakub Kuszczak in the 89th minute of play. Pogoń Stawiszyn were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing U21 Poland to leave the ground with a draw.
