Academica Pulheim's Henry Nölting played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nemo Kersken in the 14th minute of play. Green Aaper Forestibexes's Rene Untersteller played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Moritz Christe in the 31st minute of play. Rene Untersteller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moritz Christe, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Rene Untersteller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pinkus Mack in the 33rd minute of play. Pinkus Mack took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Untersteller. Rene Untersteller dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Rene Untersteller made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Florian Schulitz sent off a good shot on target. 42 minutes into the match, Green Aaper Forestibexes's goal looked a bit too open when Moritz Christe came free, but Rene Untersteller reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Joakim Tilmann was the one to do the kick off. Rene Untersteller came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Academica Pulheim's Moritz Christe. But to his dismay, Moritz Christe quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Moritz Christe in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rene Untersteller prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Achmed Bani's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rene Untersteller read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 62nd minute of play. Rene Untersteller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moritz Christe in the 72nd minute of play. Rene Untersteller took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Achmed Bani, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Rene Untersteller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Gomminginger, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Rene Untersteller made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Florian Schulitz in the 83rd minute of play. Rene Untersteller showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgar Gomminginger in the 88th minute of the match. Rene Untersteller showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Achmed Bani, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Academica Pulheim fully deserved thier win.
