Cirilo Urki might have been able to make a better finish in the 34th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Truylos Bernal. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cirilo Urki ran back to his position shaking his head. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cirilo Urki in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Truylos Bernal saved Salelles from getting behind. After taking down the ball on A. Korn's corner Nicolás De la Cruz fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Truylos Bernal quite easily take care of the ball. Truylos Bernal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cirilo Urki, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. In the 45th match minute, A. Korn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Urki to maneuver through the defense.

Gilberto Frasco's late challenge caught a Salelles's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
