The referee ignored Preator Edikt's protests and gave Stig-Ove Blomqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Stig-Ove Blomqvist hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Färid Mondragón stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wu Qi's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 26 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Skytt came free, but Färid Mondragón reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The wind increased when Stig-Ove Blomqvist made the kick off in the second half. Marcus Skytt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Färid Mondragón made a huge save. After 55 minutes Preator Edikt's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Allan Bivall who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Samurai's corner Marcus Skytt fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Färid Mondragón quite easily take care of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wu Qi in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Färid Mondragón saved Preator Edikt from getting behind. 59 minutes into the match, Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wu Qi. Preator Edikt's Färid Mondragón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 60th minute of play. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Preator Edikt's goalkeeper Färid Mondragón, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Färid Mondragón made a fantastic save in the 91st minute, when Wu Qi sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Preator Edikt's zone, Wu Qi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Färid Mondragón came out of the goal and Wu Qi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 95th minute, Wu Qi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Färid Mondragón. The goal made the score 0-5. The Preator Edikt supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Samurai's performance. The match ended with a win for Samurai.
