Martin Hedberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rudolf Larsfält in the 3rd minute of play. Stardust Unicorns XI's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Gottfrid Heggert scored to the left of an out of position Leif Berglund, making the score, 1-0. In the 16th match minute, Stardust Unicorns XI was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Manfred Wallin to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute, Kalle Sjöö sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Stardust Unicorns XI's Leif Berglund didn't even have to move. When Aaron Jelm fell near the penalty area in the 23rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Stardust Unicorns XI's protests and gave Aaron Jelm a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd minute, one of Stardust Unicorns XI:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Stardust Unicorns XI. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Arne Delin got free with Leif Berglund in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Adrian Rudqvist lost his temper 31 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 30th minute of the game. One of Stardust Unicorns XI:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of SSC Ambrosini:s goal. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for SSC Ambrosini. Gottfrid Heggert stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Leif Berglund. 3-0. 34 minutes into the game, Gottfrid Heggert cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Leif Berglund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leif Berglund made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gottfrid Heggert in the 41st minute. 42 minutes in the game, Joel Forssell fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Leif Berglund having to interfere. Per-Arne Delin hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. Alvin Lindsten fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Martin Hedberg having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gottfrid Heggert was the one to do the kick off. Leif Berglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gottfrid Heggert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Leif Berglund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Forssell in the 59th minute of the match. Olof Ersman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 6-0 became the score in the 63rd minute when Joel Forssell elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 66th minute Per-Arne Delin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leif Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stardust Unicorns XI's Leif Berglund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joel Forssell in the 75th minute of play. In the 80th minute, Olof Ersman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Manfred Wallin during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of SSC Ambrosini booed when Stardust Unicorns XI was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Manfred Wallin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 85 played minutes, SSC Ambrosini's Kalle Sjöö shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Leif Berglund came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SSC Ambrosini reached it. In the 88th minute Gottfrid Heggert shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leif Berglund saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Gottfrid Heggert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Alvin Lindsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the SSC Ambrosini players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
