Spectators: 38 (Terracing: 29, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Osvald Österlund started the match with the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Torbjörn Gråberg kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Per-Oskar Tinglöv. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Fredrik Molander kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute Tony Back shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mats Sundberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rudolf Larsson scored 1-1 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mats Sundberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mats Sundberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rudolf Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Mats Sundberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustav Flink in the 29th minute of the match. The supporters of Surahammar booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jens Hafström didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 38 minutes Vykans Vikingar's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Erland Josefsson who took care of the corner kick. In the 42nd match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hubert Gustafsson to maneuver through the defense. 43 minutes into the match, Tony Back had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Mats Sundberg. Vykans Vikingar's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tony Back was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Torbjörn Gråberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oscar Deckbergh in the 52nd minute of play forced Surahammar's goalkeeper Per-Oskar Tinglöv to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vykans Vikingar's Mats Sundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustav Flink in the 54th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Gustav Flink managed to get in a good position for a shot. Surahammar's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustav Flink was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mats Sundberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Osvald Österlund in the 67th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Mats Sundberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gustav Flink could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Mats Sundberg made a huge save. In the 75th minute, Tony Back made a precise shot to the right of Mats Sundberg. Vykans Vikingar's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-3. In the 81st minute, Oscar Deckbergh ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Per-Oskar Tinglöv was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-4. If Richard Klintæus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 93 minutes of play, Surahammar's Erland Josefsson made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mats Sundberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! When the match was over Surahammar could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Vykans Vikingar throughout the match.
