The tension between the Kingpins and the Bennis players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 22 played minutes Kingpins got a freekick which was hit by Ger Berdennikov. After 23 played minutes Kingpins got a freekick which was hit by Per-Oskar Olsman. In the 23rd minute of the match Lin Xuan Hai shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Christer Fernström showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Christer Fernström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Åke Granberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. When Cai Cheng Sang came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Bennis fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cai Cheng Sang couldn't finish the play. 30 minutes into the game, Cai Cheng Sang cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Christer Fernström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Christer Fernström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cai Cheng Sang in the 33rd minute of the match. Christer Fernström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Åke Granberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes into the game, Bennis's Henrik Svartengren nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Christer Fernström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rickard Lundgren could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Leonardo Jara made a huge save. In the 44th minute, Henrik Svartengren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Kingpins's Per-Oskar Olsman got a free kick in the 46th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Kingpins's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Åke Granberg came free, but Christer Fernström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

Kingpins's Tercero Noya was substituted for Stiff Rambo. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sven-Åke Granberg made a kick off. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kingpins's goalkeeper Christer Fernström, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Pang Jun had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Leonardo Jara. Bennis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pang Jun was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 58th minute Bo Kruuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonardo Jara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 59th minute, Pang Jun made a precise shot to the right of Leonardo Jara. Bennis's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-2. Bennis's Lin Xuan Hai quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Armin Trabucco, made in the 61st minute of the game. Bennis's Leonardo Jara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bo Kruuse in the 63rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Kingpins's Per-Oskar Olsman got a free kick in the 64th minute. Kingpins's Christer Fernström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Kingpins from getting a goal against them. When the match clock showed 69 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Cai Cheng Sang sped through Kingpins's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Christer Fernström. Bennis made a substitution. Pål Uggstedt replaced Cai Cheng Sang. After 73 minutes, Edwin Söderqvist made it 2-4 with a short kick to the right side. Kingpins's Christer Fernström tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The throw-in from Armin Trabucco in the 77th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Bennis's Lin Xuan Hai. In the 79th minute, Armin Trabucco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Bennis eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
