The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Hjálmar Jónsson threw the ball into play from the sideline. Joxa mé trasan's Sabin Macovei quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After 6 minutes, Omero Zubiaga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Polly Magoo Juniors and the Joxa mé trasan players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Polly Magoo Juniors booed when Joxa mé trasan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sven-Ove Alrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 12th minute, Arne Bronco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Markus Fågel was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Joxa mé trasan's João Carlos Neto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Markus Fågel. That made the score 2-0 after 16 minutes of play. Markus Fågel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Carlos Neto, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After 20 played minutes Polly Magoo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Omero Zubiaga. A collision led to Joxa mé trasan getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Kaj Kruuse hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hamílton Secco in the 36th minute of play forced Polly Magoo Juniors's goalkeeper Markus Fågel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Markus Fågel managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Joxa mé trasan's João Carlos Neto fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When Arne Bronco came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Joxa mé trasan fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arne Bronco couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Polly Magoo Juniors's German Cibran got a free kick in the 41st minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Isac Wållander stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Isac Wållander managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polly Magoo Juniors's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isac Wållander was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Polly Magoo Juniors's Jimmie Vallengren got a free kick in the 54th minute. After 55 played minutes, Joxa mé trasan's Mariusz Sebzda shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Markus Fågel came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Joxa mé trasan reached it. 62 minutes into the match, Polly Magoo Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when João Carlos Neto came free, but Markus Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 64th minute of the game Hjálmar Jónsson made a throw-in which Isac Wållander played forward. Jimmie Vallengren hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. The supporters of Joxa mé trasan booed when Polly Magoo Juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jimmie Vallengren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kevin Hellström was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 69th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Markus Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Carlos Neto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Polly Magoo Juniors getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Gösta Bergman hit a great ball. Joxa mé trasan's Carl Magnusson was substituted for Arne Bronco. In the 73rd minute, Gösta Bergman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute, Mauro Otsoa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Markus Fågel didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Carl Magnusson went, in the 81st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. João Carlos Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 85th match minute, Joxa mé trasan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabin Macovei to maneuver through the defense. After 89 played minutes Polly Magoo Juniors got a freekick which was hit by Roy Johnsson. Kevin Hellström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Markus Fågel having to make a save. Markus Fågel came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Joxa mé trasan's Carl Magnusson. But to his dismay, Carl Magnusson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 94th match minute, Polly Magoo Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sten Vennerberg to maneuver through the defense. When the referee ended the match the Joxa mé trasan players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
