In the 37th minute, Olimpiu Morozan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 40 minutes into the match, Toby Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Felipe Xabat came free, but Krzysztof Lodowy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Macías in the 43rd minute of play forced Toby Futbol Club's goalkeeper Krzysztof Lodowy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 44 minutes into the match, CERPA's goalkeeper Eugenio Asier had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isaac Valiente. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mauricio Macías to make the kick off. In a very dangerous position, a player in CERPA fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 57th minute. Penalty! In the 60th minute, Paulo Osoitz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Toby Futbol Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Mauricio Macías recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mauricio Macías who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 74thth minute tested the skills of Krzysztof Lodowy when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Krzysztof Lodowy made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Mauricio Macías sent off a good shot on target. After taking down the ball on CERPA's corner Olimpiu Morozan fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Krzysztof Lodowy quite easily take care of the ball. If Epifanio Montez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eugenio Asier stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Isaac Valiente's shot from short distance in the 89th minute. Mauricio Macías's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Krzysztof Lodowy skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Toby Futbol Club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
