In the 9th minute Ernest Oprescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reinhard Mehrwald's late challenge caught a MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Reinhard Mehrwald helped the player get up and apologised. In the 11th match minute, PoWer SC 2K5 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Reinhard Mehrwald to maneuver through the defense. PoWer SC 2K5's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Kai Förster in the 16th minute. The corner led PoWer SC 2K5's Kai Förster to fire away a dangerous shot which Dinu Oardă despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 18 minutes into the game, Reinhard Mehrwald threw the ball into play from the sideline. MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Edwin 雷岩 quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. David Rotariu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Victor Lucila showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 22 minute of play. In the 25th minute Leon Matthäus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dinu Oardă saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Victor Lucila recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. PoWer SC 2K5 were awarded a corner in the 38th minute after MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kai Förster took the corner. The corner ended in Leon Matthäus almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Dinu Oardă did a great save. The crowd rose to their feet as MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Victor Lucila slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Rotariu. That made the score 2-0 after 42 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victor Lucila got free with David Rotariu in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zvonimir Prestin was the one to do the kick off. In the 60th minute Victor Lucila shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Rotariu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV's Victor Lucila in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PoWer SC 2K5's goalie prevented a goal. Victor Lucila scored 3-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Rotariu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 88th match minute, MCB Timisoara 1921 BTV was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mădălin Bărbuceanu to maneuver through the defense. Dinu Oardă made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Kai Förster sent off a good shot on target. PoWer SC 2K5's Zvonimir Prestin got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zvonimir Prestin succeeded in the game's 96th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1.
