In the 5th minute of the match, Fabrício Lopes got a very nice opportunity to score, but Vladimir Kramnik was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 7th minute, VB-Team's Gervásio Severiano dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Hafız Öztekin hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Baltasar Matias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sami Zübeyr, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Baltasar Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami Zübeyr in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sami Zübeyr in the 20th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Baltasar Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltasar Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sami Zübeyr in the 21st minute of play. The supporters of VB-Team booed when FC Maci -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Demetrio Farese didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hafız Öztekin's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Vladimir Kramnik firmly grabbed it by the left post. Sami Zübeyr might have been able to make a better finish in the 27th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Baltasar Matias. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sami Zübeyr ran back to his position shaking his head. Baltasar Matias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami Zübeyr in the 27th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, Sami Zübeyr left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Maci -MM- fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Gervásio Severiano kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vladimir Kramnik. That made the score 2-1 in the 34 minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Vladimir Kramnik had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fabrício Lopes. In the 42nd minute Sami Zübeyr shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Baltasar Matias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Sami Zübeyr came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the FC Maci -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sami Zübeyr couldn't finish the play. Hafız Öztekin kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Igor Czapski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Baltasar Matias having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sami Zübeyr made a kick off. After having played for 54 minutes, Fabrício Lopes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. VB-Team's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fabrício Lopes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Maci -MM-'s goalkeeper Vladimir Kramnik, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 59th minute, Shao Kun Yuan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gervásio Severiano came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the VB-Team fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gervásio Severiano couldn't finish the play. Vladimir Kramnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabrício Lopes in the 66th minute of the match. Sami Zübeyr succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 68th playminute. VB-Team's Arthur Guerra was substituted for Sandro Leitão. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sami Zübeyr in the 74th minute of play forced VB-Team's goalkeeper Baltasar Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The FC Maci -MM- fans' excitement grew in the 75th match minute when FC Maci -MM-'s Sami Zübeyr looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 77thth minute of the game Gervásio Severiano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Maci -MM-'s Vladimir Kramnik was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. VB-Team's Baltasar Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sami Zübeyr in the 78th minute of play. Vladimir Kramnik showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hafız Öztekin in the 81st minute of the match. Vladimir Kramnik showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gervásio Severiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Baltasar Matias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sami Zübeyr, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the game, Fabrício Lopes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VB-Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Maci -MM- the free kick. In the 94th match minute, VB-Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabrício Lopes to maneuver through the defense. VB-Team's Qiu Sheng Bang was substituted for Fabrício Lopes. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. FC Maci -MM- walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
