Benne M'ghirbi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Silviu Novac's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. If Juan Manuel Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benne M'ghirbi came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by DIF LEEDS BK's Dennis Johnsson. But to his dismay, Dennis Johnsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 36 minutes into the match, Honung's goal looked a bit too open when Silviu Novac came free, but Benne M'ghirbi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Brazilio Butt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henry Roos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Henry Roos in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Brazilio Butt prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the DIF LEEDS BK defense, Henry Roos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brazilio Butt. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Lertora in the 76th minute of play forced DIF LEEDS BK's goalkeeper Brazilio Butt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Honung's Benne M'ghirbi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 78th minute of the match, managed to save Honung from getting a goal against them. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honung's goalkeeper Benne M'ghirbi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Östen Hedin in the 81st minute of play forced Honung's goalkeeper Benne M'ghirbi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Honung's goalkeeper Benne M'ghirbi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dennis Johnsson. The supporters of Honung booed when DIF LEEDS BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ni Kun Jian didn't get a good kick on the ball.
