Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Qi in the 4th minute of play forced Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Norström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Karl-Erik Norström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Morgan Vassenius in the 6th minute. Vince Di Cola took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henrik Lönn, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vince Di Cola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chen Ao Fan in the 8th minute of the match. Vince Di Cola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Knut Rudberg in the 11th minute of play. Marcus Skytt's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Erik Norström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 16th minute Knut Rudberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Bivall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Karl-Erik Norström made a huge save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wu Qi in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Karl-Erik Norström saved Skövde AIK from getting behind. In the 29th minute Kevin Keegan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vince Di Cola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Bivall could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Karl-Erik Norström made a huge save. Samurai's Vince Di Cola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Chen Ao Fan in the 31st minute of play. Samurai's Allan Bivall shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 34th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Karl-Erik Norström but with some difficulty. 39 minutes into the match, Samurai's goal looked a bit too open when Knut Rudberg came free, but Vince Di Cola reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Erik Norström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wu Qi, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. 43 minutes into the match, Skövde AIK's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Norström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wu Qi.

When Håkan Kruse fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skövde AIK's protests and gave Håkan Kruse a yellow card for diving instead. Håkan Kruse hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 53rd minute of play. Karl-Erik Norström came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Samurai's Wu Qi. But to his dismay, Wu Qi quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Skövde AIK's Karl-Erik Norström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Qi in the 64th minute of play. In the 66th minute Allan Bivall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karl-Erik Norström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 68thth minute of the game Kevin Keegan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Samurai's Vince Di Cola was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vince Di Cola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Chen Ao Fan, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Samurai fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 73rd minute. Penalty! In the 80th minute, Knut Rudberg made a precise shot to the right of Vince Di Cola. Samurai's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Skövde AIK's Kurt Hamrin was substituted for Henrik Lönn. Skövde AIK made a substitution. Hjalmar Hägert replaced Lu Rong Yi. Samurai made a substitution. Åke Hamnberg replaced Terry Silver. Karl-Erik Norström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Timmy Henriksson's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. In the 87th minute, Håkan Kruse had to leave the field with a concussion. Wu Qi's late challenge caught a Skövde AIK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Wu Qi helped the player get up and apologised. In the 88th match minute, Samurai was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wu Qi to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Samurai booed when Skövde AIK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egídio Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wu Qi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Karl-Erik Norström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Skövde AIK's Melker Hjortsberg got a free kick in the 95th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
