Team Reunion974's Hassan Laisney played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Junior Quintana in the 7th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sébastien Raillard got free with Kryspin Cupial in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Sébastien Raillard took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Kryspin Cupial to make any attempt to save it. 18 minutes into the match, Félicien Boidin notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Team Reunion974's Hassan Laisney. Hassan Laisney was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Junior Quintana fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hassan Laisney having to interfere. After 26 played minutes Team Reunion974 got a freekick which was hit by Merlin Guénot. After a rather tough play, Team Reunion974's Célestin Delbecq got a free kick in the 29th minute. 29 minutes into the game, Merlin Guénot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Team Reunion974's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cosa nostra Lyon the free kick. Faudel Dagorne recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sébastien Raillard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Kryspin Cupial made a huge save. Hassan Laisney showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uwe Birmes, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. After 45 minutes of play, Cosa nostra Lyon's Félicien Boidin made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hassan Laisney was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After having played for 51 minutes, Félicien Boidin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cosa nostra Lyon's supporters crossed their fingers, but Félicien Boidin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hassan Laisney made a fantastic save in the 56th minute, when Uwe Birmes sent off a good shot on target. After 58 minutes, Vincent Belly made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Cosa nostra Lyon's Kryspin Cupial tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Team Reunion974's Hassan Laisney proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Team Reunion974 from getting a goal against them.
