Zeca Fernandez might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Belmiro Corzana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Zeca Fernandez ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Zeca Fernandez got free with Belmiro Corzana in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lobos de Carelia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rigoberto Bastiaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3.
