After some careless play in the La Scaloneta defense, Gustave Rat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ewan Davin. The La Scaloneta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ewan Davin should have stopped the shot. Youri Maguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Madjid Pauly in the 31st minute of play. klide13's Youri Maguet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by John Costes in the 36th minute of play. When Moussa Queffelec fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored La Scaloneta's protests and gave Moussa Queffelec a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of klide13 booed when La Scaloneta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moussa Queffelec didn't get a good kick on the ball. When klide13's He Gang Jian in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Scaloneta's goalie prevented a goal. In the 40th minute Madjid Pauly shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Youri Maguet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chris Falcon kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice moves John Costes could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Youri Maguet however easily saved by the left post. In the 46th minute He Gang Jian shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ewan Davin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Madjid Pauly made a kick off. The corner led klide13's Karim Decottignies to fire away a dangerous shot which Ewan Davin despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 77 played minutes klide13 got a freekick which was hit by Piers Giles. Youri Maguet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Costes in the 78th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, La Scaloneta's goal looked a bit too open when He Gang Jian came free, but Ewan Davin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moussa Queffelec was shown his second yellow card after 85 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
