La Scaloneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but John Costes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, VB-Team's Hafız Öztekin got a free kick in the 24th minute. With his leg Ewan Davin managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when VB-Team's Hafız Öztekin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Luís Braga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabrício Lopes in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Ewan Davin, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ewan Davin was left in no man's land by his defense there! VB-Team's 邱升邦 was substituted for Luís Braga. If Hafız Öztekin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Pierre Dole could shoot a difficult shot in the 84th minute, which Baltasar Matias however easily saved by the left post. Baltasar Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from John Costes in the 85th minute of play.
