After a rather tough play, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Popcorn Miner got a free kick in the 35th minute. 37 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Vit Miner came free, but Gigel Tilea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Helmuth Miner didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radu Păvăloae went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Simula Miner reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gigel Tilea. The goal made the score 4-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cornel Poplăcan was the one to do the kick off. Gigel Tilea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vit Miner in the 52nd minute of play. 59 minutes into the game, Jean Oltean was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Academia Rio's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM the free kick. A collision led to Academia Rio getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Jean Oltean hit a great ball. After 60 minutes of play, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Vit Miner made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gigel Tilea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vit Miner in the 65th minute of the match. The supporters of CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM booed when Academia Rio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Codrin Ionete didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigel Tilea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vit Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Pășcuțoiu struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Helmuth Miner didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Academia Rio. The supporters of Academia Rio booed when CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vit Miner didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vit Miner in the 76th minute of the match.
