An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilton Abraão in the 11th minute of play forced Skrwa Sikórz's goalkeeper Przemyslaw Winnicki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Skrwa Sikórz's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Magalhães came free, but Przemyslaw Winnicki reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Edmund Niedbalski came free with the goalkeeper in the 19th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Marcos Buffon could save by the left post. Marcos Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Niedbalski in the 21st minute of the match. Wilton Abraão hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. With a little luck, AVAÍ F.C.'s Marcos Buffon got control of the ball when Artur Wilk tried to sneak it across the goal line. With an all-out effort, Skrwa Sikórz's Marcos Buffon threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Damazy Niemojewski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 36 minutes into the game, Carlinhos Braga was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AVAÍ F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skrwa Sikórz the free kick. After 36 played minutes AVAÍ F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Carlinhos Braga. After a defensive mix-up in AVAÍ F.C.'s zone, Edmund Niedbalski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Buffon came out of the goal and Edmund Niedbalski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mateus Alves hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. A collision led to Skrwa Sikórz getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Edmund Niedbalski hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luizão Dantas was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Wilton Abraão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Skrwa Sikórz's Przemyslaw Winnicki was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Marcos Buffon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Niedbalski in the 58th minute of the match. When Ronaldinho Brito fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AVAÍ F.C.'s protests and gave Ronaldinho Brito a yellow card for diving instead. In the 68th minute, Ronaldinho Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. AVAÍ F.C. made a substitution. Luiz Pombal replaced Mateus Alves. Damazy Niemojewski took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Buffon. Marcos Buffon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Przemyslaw Winnicki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubens Cabral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zula Jandryca kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. 95 minutes into the match, AVAÍ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Damazy Niemojewski came free, but Marcos Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Zula Jandryca fell near the penalty area in the 95th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skrwa Sikórz's protests and gave Zula Jandryca a yellow card for diving instead. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Skrwa Sikórz had won after a very even match.
