Waud De Geyter came out of the goal and Santiago Meruendano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Loid De Keuster sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Ting Xing in the 26th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Santiago Meruendano ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Waud De Geyter was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Silver Squad AFC's Waud De Geyter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zeng Ting Xing in the 30th minute of play. Waud De Geyter took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santiago Meruendano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damazy Radzyminski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dragomir Marchovski having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Santiago Meruendano in the 39th minute of play forced Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 40 minutes, Bror Litenboks mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Silver Squad AFC and the Union Y Progreso F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Silver Squad AFC's Bror Litenboks got a free kick in the 40th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Silver Squad AFC's zone, Zeng Ting Xing stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waud De Geyter came out of the goal and Zeng Ting Xing tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zeng Ting Xing to strike the kick off in the second half. Waud De Geyter showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Ting Xing in the 52nd minute of the match. If Damazy Radzyminski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Silver Squad AFC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. In the 85th match minute, Union Y Progreso F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Sueiro to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the match, Silver Squad AFC's goalkeeper Waud De Geyter had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zeng Ting Xing. In the 88th minute of the match, Zeng Ting Xing tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Waud De Geyter saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 89th minute, Binjamin Fabry hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Costante Segarra might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Waud De Geyter. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Costante Segarra ran back to his position shaking his head. 93 minutes into the game, Bror Litenboks cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Dragomir Marchovski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
