Cezar Sfârlea started the match with the kick off. Remus Marchiș made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Santiago Meruendano in the 3rd minute of play. Remus Marchiș made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Costante Segarra sent off a good shot on target. After 6 minutes of play, Union Y Progreso F.C.'s Santiago Meruendano made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remus Marchiș was left in no man's land by his defense there! After having played for 10 minutes, Carlos Sueiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Union Y Progreso F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Sueiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 13th minute Cristi Eftimescu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dragomir Marchovski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Remus Marchiș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zeng Ting Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Union Y Progreso F.C. a penalty, 68 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fabio Cordarell, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of minerul -MM-'s Remus Marchiș. 4-0. Remus Marchiș took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Sueiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Remus Marchiș showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zeng Ting Xing in the 77th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the game, Zeng Ting Xing cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Remus Marchiș was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zeng Ting Xing in the 80th managed to get into a good position. In the 82nd minute, Santiago Meruendano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Union Y Progreso F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Remus Marchiș dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0.
