The supporters of Pecém booed when Altay SK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ali Galip Sadan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Maximiliano Uhin was a little too slow when Xie Shu Tian got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 17th minute. The score was now 1-0. 20 minutes in the game, Ibon Obeso fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Maximiliano Uhin having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Altay SK's goalkeeper Maximiliano Uhin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xie Shu Tian. In the 23rd minute Pecém were awarded a corner. Diderik Schenning went to the cornerflag to take it. Cristiano Andrade was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Xie Shu Tian who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Maximiliano Uhin when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 29 minutes into the match, Pecém's Xie Shu Tian sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Maximiliano Uhin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 29 minutes into the game, Xie Shu Tian cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Maximiliano Uhin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maximiliano Uhin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xie Shu Tian in the 32nd minute of play. In the 37th minute, Pecém's Xie Shu Tian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Maximiliano Uhin. Maximiliano Uhin yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Vitor Hugo lost his temper 42 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 42 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Altay SK! The referee gave Pecém a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Xie Shu Tian, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Altay SK's Maximiliano Uhin. 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fazıl Uğursel to make the kick off. Arnaldo Antunes made in the 52nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Nicuşor Nebunu however managed to control. Altay SK's Maximiliano Uhin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xie Shu Tian in the 55th minute of play. Pecém's Denílson Leão proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 60th minute of the match, managed to save Pecém from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Boğaç Şahabeddin took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Denílson Leão to make any attempt to save it. 62 minutes into the match, Pecém's goalkeeper Denílson Leão had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Boğaç Şahabeddin. A collision led to Altay SK getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Tonio Sallas hit a great ball. Maximiliano Uhin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xie Shu Tian in the 67th minute of play. Maximiliano Uhin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xie Shu Tian in the 68th minute of the match. After 70 minutes of play, Pecém's Xie Shu Tian made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Maximiliano Uhin was left in no man's land by his defense there! 78 minutes into the game, Pecém's Xie Shu Tian nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Maximiliano Uhin made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Boğaç Şahabeddin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Denílson Leão skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 83rd match minute, Pecém was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lucio Austin to maneuver through the defense. In the 94th match minute, Altay SK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İstemihan Ulun to maneuver through the defense. Pecém's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
