Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cornelio Colas in the 9th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 12 minutes, Ignacio Selatse successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Alfonso Deunoro hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Ignacio Selatse showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Velloso in the 20th minute of the match. Club Dep. Union Madereros were furious when Donato Arixo was red carded, 22 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The crowd rose to their feet as Barbie Doll United U23's Luciano Velloso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Ignacio Selatse. That made the score 1-0 after 25 minutes of play. Claudinei Miranda made in the 28th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Luciano Velloso. 31 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barbie Doll United U23's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Cornelio Enmanuel was slow to take the kick. During this time Club Dep. Union Madereros's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Club Dep. Union Madereros's Cornelio Enmanuel to fire away a dangerous shot which Orlando Barral despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After having played for 33 minutes, Severo Elorri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Dep. Union Madereros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Severo Elorri was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Barbie Doll United U23's zone, Severo Elorri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orlando Barral came out of the goal and Severo Elorri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zézinho Silva made in the 43rd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Luciano Velloso however managed to control. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hermengildo Jakue to make the kick off. Ignacio Selatse made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luciano Velloso in the 54th minute of play. A throw-in in the 58th minute of the game was made by Claudinei Miranda with Zézinho Silva as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. After 60 minutes, Romeu Arce mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barbie Doll United U23 and the Club Dep. Union Madereros players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 60 played minutes Barbie Doll United U23 got a freekick which was hit by Romeu Arce. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Lucas Ioritz was substituted for Daniel Laurendi. Barbie Doll United U23's Orlando Barral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Barbie Doll United U23 from getting a goal against them. When Geordi Berthelette came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Club Dep. Union Madereros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geordi Berthelette couldn't finish the play. 72 minutes into the match, Barbie Doll United U23's goalkeeper Orlando Barral had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hermengildo Jakue. Ignacio Selatse came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Barbie Doll United U23's Pedrão de Azevedo. But to his dismay, Pedrão de Azevedo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Uriel Policarpio was substituted for Cornelio Colas. After a rather tough play, Barbie Doll United U23's Claudinei Miranda got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Severo Elorri hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. The supporters of Club Dep. Union Madereros booed when Barbie Doll United U23 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claudinei Miranda didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 89 minutes, Cornelio Enmanuel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Dep. Union Madereros's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cornelio Enmanuel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Club Dep. Union Madereros's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Cornelio Enmanuel in the 97th minute. Barbie Doll United U23's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
