Real Olivos FC's Damián Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Song Peng Xi in the 13th minute of play. Damián Fernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Song Peng Xi in the 16th minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Real Olivos FC's goalkeeper Damián Fernandez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hector Etxepare. Real Olivos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Zheng Liang Song scored to the left of an out of position Damián Fernandez, making the score, 1-1. Damián Fernandez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hector Etxepare in the 25th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Zheng Liang Song kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Damián Fernandez. That made the score 2-1 in the 32 minute of play. A collision led to Olympique Salonais getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Song Peng Xi hit a great ball. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympique Salonais's goalkeeper François-Xavier Dionnet, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Szymon Skonieczny had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of François-Xavier Dionnet. Olympique Salonais's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Szymon Skonieczny was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Real Olivos FC's Chuan Valluerca got a good chance for a goal in the 43rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

If Szymon Skonieczny had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 53 minutes, Szymon Skonieczny made it 2-3 with a short kick to the right side. Olympique Salonais's François-Xavier Dionnet tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Szymon Skonieczny took a quick shot and it went in 2-4 without a chance for François-Xavier Dionnet to make any attempt to save it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song Peng Xi in the 59th minute of play forced Real Olivos FC's goalkeeper Damián Fernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Damián Fernandez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olympique Salonais made a substitution. Hilario Chale replaced Zheng Liang Song. Szymon Skonieczny fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without François-Xavier Dionnet having to interfere.
