Doriva Figueiredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Sousa got in the 9th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Doriva Figueiredo handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. In the 13th minute Margus Undrits shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doriva Figueiredo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robin Van Vyve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Agüero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 22 minutes into the match, Jucuitiba's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Sousa came free, but Doriva Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Doriva Figueiredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Sousa in the 30th minute of play. 31 minutes into the match, Jucuitiba's goal looked a bit too open when Margus Undrits came free, but Doriva Figueiredo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute, Arkadiusz Mierzejewski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carlos Sousa to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Carlos Sousa took a quick shot and it went in 1-3 without a chance for Doriva Figueiredo to make any attempt to save it. Jakub Falk kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. In the 69th minute, Jonathan Galvão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 75th minute, Trust Nobody's Carlos Sousa ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Doriva Figueiredo. Doriva Figueiredo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. 84 minutes into the match, Jonathan Galvão notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Trust Nobody's Robin Van Vyve. Robin Van Vyve was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Jucuitiba's Doriva Figueiredo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Jucuitiba from getting a goal against them. 88 minutes into the match, Jucuitiba's goalkeeper Doriva Figueiredo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Carlos Sousa. Valentín Laredo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Trust Nobody's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 92nd minute of the game, when Edmund Kowalski after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of Jucuitiba's goal. Edmund Kowalski was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal.
