But to his dismay, Corneliu Dridu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. After a rather tough play, Dr Lecter SC's Frédson Lira got a free kick in the 43rd minute. In the 45th minute, 孟笑扬 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Deng Guo Yang was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the game, 孟笑扬 threw the ball into play from the sideline. Dr Lecter SC's Frédson Lira quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Corneliu Dridu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but 麦永斌 read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. 麦永斌 made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Corneliu Dridu sent off a good shot on target. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Corneliu Dridu couldn't finish the play. Corneliu Dridu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but 麦永斌 made a huge save. In the 78th minute, Deng Guo Yang hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 麦永斌 made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Corneliu Dridu sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Corneliu Dridu kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving 麦永斌. That made the score 0-7 in the 86 minute of play. Dr Lecter SC made a substitution. Fedele Di Fabrizio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but 麦永斌 made a huge save. The Dr Lecter SC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Dr Lecter SC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
