Sabin Pânzaru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Garcia Morros's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Bernardo Raggio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Habil Castolo in the 22nd minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Nereo Roldanillo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Belgrano de Pibasog made a substitution. Judas Verón replaced Iulian Ilinca. When Garcia Morros came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Belgrano de Pibasog fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Garcia Morros couldn't finish the play. In the 34th minute Garcia Morros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Pânzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardo Raggio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Qian Cheng Xing in the 37th minute of play. the xeneise dream team's Sabin Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blue Dolar in the 40th minute of play. the xeneise dream team's Sabin Pânzaru proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save the xeneise dream team from getting a goal against them. Judas Verón could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Sabin Pânzaru made a huge save. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Judas Verón to make the kick off. Bernardo Raggio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Qian Cheng Xing, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Belgrano de Pibasog's Melquiades Henrico was substituted for Honorato Jerrold. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eustaquio Fortun in the 62nd minute of play forced the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 65 minutes into the match, the xeneise dream team's goal looked a bit too open when Judas Verón came free, but Sabin Pânzaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garcia Morros in the 66th minute of play forced the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to the xeneise dream team getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Nereo Roldanillo hit a great ball. In the 74th minute Judas Verón shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabin Pânzaru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Habil Castolo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-2 to the left of a surprised Bernardo Raggio 78 minutes into the match. A collision led to the xeneise dream team getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Andoni Paut hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Garcia Morros managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano de Pibasog's supporters rose to their feet, but Garcia Morros was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sabin Pânzaru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bernardo Raggio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Eutor, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Sabin Pânzaru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Garcia Morros in the 86th minute of play. Belgrano de Pibasog's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eustaquio Fortun in the 87th minute. After 88 played minutes Belgrano de Pibasog got a freekick which was hit by Timo Haydon. Belgrano de Pibasog's Bernardo Raggio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paolo Eutor in the 89th minute of play. the xeneise dream team's Sabin Pânzaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Judas Verón in the 93rd minute of play. Sabin Pânzaru came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Belgrano de Pibasog's Judas Verón. But to his dismay, Judas Verón quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. After 98 minutes the xeneise dream team's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Eustaquio Fortun who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Belgrano de Pibasog's Eustaquio Fortun to fire away a dangerous shot which Sabin Pânzaru despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Garcia Morros spun around in front of the goal 99 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of the xeneise dream team's goal. The Belgrano de Pibasog supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching the xeneise dream team's performance. The match ended with a win for the xeneise dream team.
