The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabio Gasteiz hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ciruel Team booed when Club Dep. Union Madereros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marco Isauro didn't get a good kick on the ball. 8 minutes into the match, Bahiano Gibert had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Albino Maldonado. Club Dep. Union Madereros's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Bahiano Gibert was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Albino Maldonado came out of the goal in the 11th minute to try and stop a shot by Ciruel Team's Bahiano Gibert. But to his dismay, Bahiano Gibert quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bahiano Gibert got free with Albino Maldonado in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Albino Maldonado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zarando Cordoba in the 15th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Zarando Cordoba dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Albino Maldonado, 3-0. If Crispin Klander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Club Dep. Union Madereros's defense didn't have a chance, in the 23rd minute, when Crispin Klander scored to the left of an out of position Albino Maldonado, making the score, 4-0. After 28 minutes, Zarando Cordoba made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Albino Maldonado tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 32 played minutes, Ciruel Team's Sigfrido Soldado shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Albino Maldonado came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Ciruel Team reached it. In the 33rd minute, Bahiano Gibert made a precise shot to the right of Albino Maldonado. Club Dep. Union Madereros's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Ciruel Team's Zarando Cordoba slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Albino Maldonado. That made the score 8-0 after 39 minutes of play. In the 42nd minute, Ciruel Team's Zarando Cordoba dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 9-0. Benito Cuadrado's late challenge caught a Club Dep. Union Madereros's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benito Cuadrado helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ciruel Team's Benito Cuadrado got a free kick in the 47th minute. In the 48th minute, Erasmo Jenaro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 9-0.

Zarando Cordoba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 56th minute Zarando Cordoba shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Maldonado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Maldonado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bahiano Gibert, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. In the 60th minute, Zarando Cordoba left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ciruel Team fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 10-0. 62 minutes into the game, one of Club Dep. Union Madereros:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some careless play in the Club Dep. Union Madereros defense, Maureo Landa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Maldonado. The Club Dep. Union Madereros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Maldonado should have stopped the shot. Club Dep. Union Madereros's Albino Maldonado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bahiano Gibert in the 70th minute of play. After some careless play in the Club Dep. Union Madereros defense, Zarando Cordoba kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Albino Maldonado. The Club Dep. Union Madereros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Albino Maldonado should have stopped the shot. Zarando Cordoba sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Club Dep. In the 84th match minute, Club Dep. Union Madereros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marco Isauro to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfrido Soldado in the 85th minute of play forced Club Dep. Union Madereros's goalkeeper Albino Maldonado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the game, Ciruel Team's Bahiano Gibert nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albino Maldonado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 17-0. 18-0 became the score in the 99th minute when Zarando Cordoba elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Club Dep. Union Madereros players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ciruel Team.
