The supporters of Meninos do Morro F.C booed when Lirarnas Lag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bror Torstensson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Meninos do Morro F.C's Dráuzio Cordeiro tried to score from far away in the 4th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Eliseu Sanches showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Dalí in the 8th minute of the match. Salvador Dalí struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Eliseu Sanches didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lirarnas Lag. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Salvador Dalí in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eliseu Sanches saved Meninos do Morro F.C from getting behind. After 16 played minutes Meninos do Morro F.C got a freekick which was hit by José Carlos de Barros. After a defensive mix-up in Meninos do Morro F.C's zone, Ciprian Găman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eliseu Sanches came out of the goal and Ciprian Găman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 18th minute, Salvador Dalí left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Lirarnas Lag fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Durvalino de Lima kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Eliseu Sanches didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salvador Dalí went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Meninos do Morro F.C's Eliseu Sanches played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Salvador Dalí in the 28th minute of play. In the 30th minute Lirarnas Lag were awarded a corner. Ciprian Găman went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Lirarnas Lag's Ciprian Găman to fire away a dangerous shot which Eliseu Sanches despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Rune Grep made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Leonel Freitas sent off a good shot on target. Dadá Soares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rune Grep having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Ciprian Găman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseu Sanches didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Salvador Dalí went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. A collision led to Meninos do Morro F.C getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. José Carlos de Barros hit a great ball. The corner led Lirarnas Lag's Julian Meechan to fire away a dangerous shot which Eliseu Sanches despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Salvador Dalí had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eliseu Sanches. Meninos do Morro F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Salvador Dalí was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Sertel Ural made the kick off in the second half. When the match had gone on for 51 minutes, Salvador Dalí put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Eliseu Sanches. 56 minutes into the game, Salvador Dalí cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Eliseu Sanches was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 61 minutes into the match, Meninos do Morro F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Julian Meechan came free, but Eliseu Sanches reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Sertel Ural notched a goal, 0-7, to the right of Meninos do Morro F.C's Eliseu Sanches. Eliseu Sanches was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sertel Ural took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eliseu Sanches. Eliseu Sanches dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-8. After a rather tough play, Meninos do Morro F.C's Adriano da Rocha got a free kick in the 68th minute. Sertel Ural fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eliseu Sanches having to interfere. In the 73rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Meninos do Morro F.C's goalkeeper Eliseu Sanches, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 74 minutes into the game, Lirarnas Lag's Sertel Ural nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eliseu Sanches made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. In the 80th minute, Salvador Dalí ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eliseu Sanches was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. After having played for 83 minutes, Salvador Dalí managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lirarnas Lag's supporters crossed their fingers, but Salvador Dalí was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Dadá Soares notched a goal, 1-10, to the right of Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep. Rune Grep was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. José Carlos de Barros lost his temper 91 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 91st minute of the game. One of Meninos do Morro F.C:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Lirarnas Lag:s goal. Eliseu Sanches was out of position in the 94 minute of play, and Salvador Dalí capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Salvador Dalí really showed his touch with that goal: 1-11. When Lirarnas Lag's Salvador Dalí in the 98th minute got a chance for a shot 98th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Meninos do Morro F.C's goalie prevented a goal. Lirarnas Lag's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
