In the 3rd minute Anibal Gergori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miomir Knežević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Christiaan Bruyninckx fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Narciso Napier having to interfere. In the 7th minute of the match, Orlando Bero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Miomir Knežević was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Orlando Bero got free with Miomir Knežević in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 9 played minutes Sajokia got a freekick which was hit by Kareem Nixon. 12 minutes into the match, Lomas de Zamora FC's Sebastian Orixe sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Miomir Knežević narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kong Yan Qiangs short, quick shot in the 14thth minute got Miomir Knežević to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 19th match minute, Sajokia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deshawn Ash to maneuver through the defense. Narciso Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aírton Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Kong Yan Qiang had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miomir Knežević. Sajokia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kong Yan Qiang was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Anibal Gergori's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Miomir Knežević skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 35 minutes into the match, Sajokia's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Gergori came free, but Miomir Knežević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Miomir Knežević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Orlando Bero in the 42nd minute of the match. In a very dangerous position, a player in Sajokia fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 41st minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Miomir Knežević, was totally fooled by Lomas de Zamora FC's Moises Cutberto, who 43 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. A collision led to Sajokia getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Kareem Nixon hit a great ball. 46 minutes into the match, Sajokia's goal looked a bit too open when Anibal Gergori came free, but Miomir Knežević reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Anibal Gergori made a kick off. Miomir Knežević showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kong Yan Qiang in the 52nd minute of the match. 53 minutes into the game, Orlando Bero cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Miomir Knežević was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Camilo Balbi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Miomir Knežević tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Narciso Napier took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aírton Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Julian Barrera kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Miomir Knežević came out of the goal in the 65th minute to try and stop a shot by Lomas de Zamora FC's Anibal Gergori. But to his dismay, Anibal Gergori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Sebastian Orixe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Miomir Knežević having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anibal Gergori in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miomir Knežević prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Miomir Knežević made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anibal Gergori in the 70th minute of play. 73 minutes into the game, one of Sajokia:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had gone on for 78 minutes, Anibal Gergori put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Miomir Knežević. In the 84th minute Orlando Bero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miomir Knežević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute Anibal Gergori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miomir Knežević saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Lomas de Zamora FC booed when Sajokia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kareem Nixon didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sajokia's Miomir Knežević played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Camilo Balbi in the 95th minute of play. Nelson Oliver kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Lomas de Zamora FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
