Antonio Adán came out of the goal and Sebati Arıtan tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Zigmantas Gimbutas kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. With a little luck, SC Braga's Antonio Adán got control of the ball when Sebati Arıtan tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute Zafer Karakaya shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Adán saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hacı Vefa hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆'s Sebati Arıtan got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, SC Braga's Yan Zhan Cheng got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Herbert Valler stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zigmantas Gimbutas's shot from short distance in the 26th minute. Herbert Valler showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zigmantas Gimbutas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Adalberto Soeiro hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. The SC Braga fans' excitement grew in the 36th match minute when SC Braga's Zigmantas Gimbutas looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. SC Braga's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by André Jordão in the 40th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

SC Braga's Antonio Adán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sebati Arıtan in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆'s goalkeeper Herbert Valler had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by André Jordão. ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆'s Herbert Valler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆ from getting a goal against them. Antonio Adán showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zafer Karakaya, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Norbert Burdalski hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. SC Braga's Donato Sampaio was substituted for Edgar Figari. Sermet Tacal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Antonio Adán having to make a save. Yan Zhan Cheng made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆'s İdris Cilasun. An unexpectedly hard shot by Menderes Özdoa in the 94th minute of play forced SC Braga's goalkeeper Antonio Adán to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, SC Braga's goal looked a bit too open when Sermet Tacal came free, but Antonio Adán reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching SC Braga's performance. The match ended with a win for SC Braga.
