FC Patov's Tage Pålsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ludwig Hellström in the 15th minute of play. 19 minutes into the game, Jaroslav Ševčík threw the ball into play from the sideline. TurboUC's Iwan Lepper quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The audience was convinced that Ludwig Hellström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tage Pålsson was relentless in the 21st minute of the game. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ludwig Hellström stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Viliam Schenk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ron Boemans saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Květoslav Zukal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ron Boemans having to interfere. Podador Escudero hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After 71 played minutes FC Patov got a freekick which was hit by Jiří Tichavský. Tage Pålsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludwig Hellström in the 77th minute of play. Ron Boemans took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viliam Schenk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, FC Patov's Tage Pålsson got control of the ball when Ludwig Hellström tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to TurboUC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play.
