Pankracy Glogowski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 41 minutes Club Atlético Atlanta's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hugo Boss who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Amerigo Falone almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Club Atlético Atlanta's Pankracy Glogowski did a great save. Daniele Massaro struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Pankracy Glogowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Seggiano. Pankracy Glogowski was a little too slow when Godo Møltoft got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 48th minute. The score was now 6-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcos Berdoi to strike the kick off in the second half. Ciro Ferdinand kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Pankracy Glogowski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniele Massaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute.
