Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Fear Of The Dark's Doğuhan Serbülend. But to his dismay, Doğuhan Serbülend quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 25th minute Bruno Marceau shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match, Łukasz Zwolinski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. The corner led FFC Merainies 03's Cipriano Gregory to fire away a dangerous shot which Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim stood somewhat misplaced when Cipriano Gregory came free in front of goal and shot 1-4 to the left of him in the 30 minute. When FFC Merainies 03's Łukasz Zwolinski in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Ufuk Yalazalp hit a great ball. After the first half Fear Of The Dark were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Doğuhan Serbülend made a kick off. Doğuhan Serbülend's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. In the 51st match minute, FFC Merainies 03 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bin Lavine to maneuver through the defense. FFC Merainies 03's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Doğuhan Serbülend scored to the left of an out of position Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu, making the score, 1-5. Doğuhan Serbülend's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Kevin Weijnandts hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Marceau in the 63rd minute of play. Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Marceau, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Fear Of The Dark made a substitution. İnanç Tarhan replaced Besim İlsak. Fear Of The Dark's attentive Fermin Lizbeth managed to snatch the ball when Bin Lavine made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Łukasz Zwolinski in the 70th minute of play forced Fear Of The Dark's goalkeeper Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Fear Of The Dark's Bayan Gol nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6. FFC Merainies 03's Job Gasteren was substituted for Bruno Marceau. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bayan Gol got free with Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Bayan Gol came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Fear Of The Dark fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bayan Gol couldn't finish the play. Fear Of The Dark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ufuk Yalazalp in the 84th minute. The corner led Fear Of The Dark's İnanç Tarhan to fire away a dangerous shot which Rıdvan İbrahimoğlu despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fear Of The Dark were awarded a corner in the 86th minute after FFC Merainies 03's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ufuk Yalazalp took the corner. A well-hit corner resulted in Karlo Brčić heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Łukasz Zwolinski blasted a shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim having to make a save. Fear Of The Dark's Hüseyin Cahit Mülayim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Tevreden in the 95th minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Fear Of The Dark walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
