Wictor Mejling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Raitin, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After 12 minutes lyptus's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Otto Tenno who took care of the corner kick. In the 17th minute Hugo Raitin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Wictor Mejling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The lyptus fans' excitement grew in the 31st match minute when lyptus's Thorkild Falshøj looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. lyptus's Wictor Mejling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Raitin in the 35th minute of play. Hugo Raitin might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wictor Mejling. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hugo Raitin ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugo Raitin in the 40th minute of play forced lyptus's goalkeeper Wictor Mejling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dunakeszi Lake City's Ronny Engström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Dunakeszi Lake City from getting a goal against them. Dunakeszi Lake City's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Otto Tenno in the 44th minute. The corner ended in Otto Tenno almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but lyptus's Wictor Mejling did a great save. Elmas Veloz's late challenge caught a Dunakeszi Lake City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elmas Veloz helped the player get up and apologised. Elmas Veloz hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nik Glyrskov stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 61st match minute, lyptus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elmas Veloz to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Hugo Raitin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Dunakeszi Lake City's supporters rose to their feet, but Hugo Raitin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Wictor Mejling breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Dunakeszi Lake City's Zsolt Hatvani was substituted for Sebestyén Soós. Wictor Mejling made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Hugo Raitin sent off a good shot on target. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind lyptus's goalkeeper Wictor Mejling, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ronny Engström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Thorkild Falshøj's shot from short distance in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the match, lyptus's goalkeeper Wictor Mejling had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Raitin. In the 82nd minute, Dunakeszi Lake City's Hugo Raitin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Wictor Mejling. Wictor Mejling yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-4. Dunakeszi Lake City made a substitution. Maximo Bartolome replaced Hugo Raitin. In the 87th minute, Maximo Bartolome left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Dunakeszi Lake City fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-5. Ronny Engström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from René Gramgaard went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score.
