Los Muñes de Don Cuco's supporters rose to their feet, but Nuralp Başdemir was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roch Roman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 23 minutes into the match, Galácticos del Pueblo's goal looked a bit too open when Nuralp Başdemir came free, but Roch Roman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 24 minutes into the match, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's goal looked a bit too open when Mohamed Bale came free, but Baron Buffon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Nuralp Başdemir got a good chance for a goal in the 26th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Los Muñes de Don Cuco got a freekick which was hit by Alex Doe. Galácticos del Pueblo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nuralp Başdemir was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Nuralp Başdemir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Los Muñes de Don Cuco getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Peyami Hasanbeyli hit a great ball. Baron Buffon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mohamed Bale in the 45th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The Los Muñes de Don Cuco fans cheered their team off the field, for while Galácticos del Pueblo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
