Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mehat Kovaçi in the 16th minute of play. Sebastián Sosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mehat Kovaçi in the 19th minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Equipo's Mehat Kovaçi ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Sebastián Sosa. Sebastián Sosa yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Mehat Kovaçi might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sebastián Sosa. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mehat Kovaçi ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa got control of the ball when Mehat Kovaçi tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aurelio Urtats sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32ndth minute of the game Mehat Kovaçi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vikingos FC's Sebastián Sosa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Marco Cantona had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Vikingos FC booed when Equipo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. 贺宽桦 didn't get a good kick on the ball. Equipo's Sid Todd got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vikingos FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 40th minute, when Mehat Kovaçi scored to the left of an out of position Sebastián Sosa, making the score, 2-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Equipo's Mehat Kovaçi slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Sebastián Sosa. That made the score 3-0 after 43 minutes of play. A sloppy throw-in by Emiliano Lluterio in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Vikingos FC's Alexis Rijkaard. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mehat Kovaçi was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Vikingos FC's Marco Cantona got a free kick in the 59th minute. Vikingos FC's Alejandro Tena was substituted for Marcelo Perico. In the 61st minute, Marco Cantona hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 65 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Alejandro Tena. The supporters of Equipo booed when Vikingos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexis Rijkaard didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexis Rijkaard kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bruno Beugnet in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sebastián Sosa saved Vikingos FC from getting behind. Jairo Zambrano hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Segundo Balendin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ismael Furman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 85th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Equipo's zone, Marco Cantona stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ismael Furman came out of the goal and Marco Cantona tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sebastián Sosa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Beugnet, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Vikingos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
